Nick Hopkins and Sarah Nield from the School of Law Equity and Property Law Research Group, presented a paper entitled Children as Shadows: Needs and Rights Based Perspectives in Property Law to the Association for Law, Property and Society’s (ALPS) Annual Meeting in Washington DC.
Nick Hopkins also presented a paper with Professor Susan Bright (Oxford University) on Intermediated Tenures.
The international meeting in March 2010 hosted by Georgetown University and Syracuse University, attracted delegates from 10 jurisdictions from around the world.
