Rob Merkin and Johanna Hjalmarsson's work has been cited by the High Court of Singapore

The groundbreaking work Singapore Arbitration Legislation Annotated, written by Rob Merkin and Johanna Hjalmarsson and published by Informa (now Lloyd's List Law) in 2009, has again been judicially cited, this time by the High Court of Singapore in the case Rockeby Biomed Ltd v Alpha Advisory Pte Ltd [2011] SGHC 155.
