2011 Colloquium takes place in New Orleans
On the 16th and 17th September the Maritime Law Centre at Tulane University, New Orleans, hosted the 2nd of our Tri-partite Colloquia.
Hosted in conjunction with the Institute of Maritime Law and the Nordisk Institutt for Sjørett , University of Oslo, Tulane University presented a 2 day colloquium on 'Multimodal Transportation'. Speakers included representatives from all 3 Universities and other guest speakers from around the world.
Papers delivered covered: Multimodal transport and the Rotterdam Rules; Conceptualizing multimodal transport; Damages and multimodal transport; Multimodal transport documents and Regional and country-specific issues.
