On March 29th, Southampton Law School’s Katie Hunt delivered her paper, 'Grief without God: Religious Inequalities in Prison Pastoral Care' at the Socio Legal Studies Association Annual Conference, University of Bristol.

Informed by the Equality Act 2010 and recent Supreme Court case law, her talk considered the apparent discrepancies as a matter for anti-discrimination law. Southampton Law School lecturer Natasha Hammond Browning, and postgraduate students Matthew Watkins and Emma Nottingham also presented their research.
