Law School paper accepted to Common Market Law Review

Dr Sara Benedi Lahuerta has had a paper accepted at the Common Market Law Review, which will be published in 2018 in issue 55-3. The paper is entitled, 'Enforcing EU Equality Law through Collective Redress: Lagging Behind?' and argues that EU law should encourage collective redress mechanisms for discrimination claims.
