Southampton Law academics present at prestigious Association of Law Property and Society conference in Maastricht
Professor Sarah Nield and Dr Emma Laurie recently travelled to Maastricht to present papers at the annual conference of the Association of Law Property and Society (ALPS).
This prestigious conference, attended by delegates from around the world, facilitates international dialogue between scholars researching all aspects of the interface between property law and society. Sarah's paper considered the application of Ostrom's common pooled resources design principles to the common land of the New Forest, while Emma's presentation focused on the judicial definition of vulnerability in homelessness law.
