Dr Hedvig Schmidt speaks at ENTraNCE for Judges 2019
Yesterday Dr Hedvig Schmidt spoke on the Goals of IP and Competition Law at the European University Institute, Florence, Italy at their residential training course ENTraNCE for Judges 2019.
ENTraNCE for Judges is an annual training programme for judges specialising primarily in competition law and sponsored by the European Commission. This year's theme was on the Interactions between Intellectual Property Rights and Competition law, which is why I was invited to speak as one of the leading specialists in the area.
