Dr Eleonora Rosati delivers webinar at the EUIPO
Dr Eleonora Rosati, Associate Professor in Intellectual Property Law, was recently invited to deliver a webinar at the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) in Alicante on the recent decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Levola Hengelo case.
This case concerns copyright protection in the taste of a cheese and the notion of ‘work’ under EU copyright law, and raises broader questions regarding subsistence and the scope of copyright protection in Europe.
Following the webinar, EUIPO interviewed Eleonora on the main points of the case. If you would like to watch Eleonora’s interview please click here.
