On Wednesday 10th May, Southampton Law School hosted the first of two interdisciplinary research workshops, co-convened by David Gurnham (Southampton Law School) and Chris Bevan (Durham Law School), generously funded by the Socio-Legal Studies Association and the Law School. The workshop invited scholars to explore the underlying beliefs and assumptions that shape legal ideas; speakers from the UK, Ireland and the US presented original research papers on this theme in the Law School’s Moot Room. The second workshop will take place at Durham Law School on 7th June.
