I have had a wonderful time during my three years at the University of Southampton.

I have had a wonderful time during my three years at the University of Southampton. Not only have I known friends from Hong Kong and other countries, all with brilliant minds, but also some of the most experienced academics in their respective legal fields. All lecturers and tutors were very friendly and helpful, so if you are facing any problems in your studies, they will always be more than happy to assist you, just send them an email and ask. The Highfield campus, where the Law School is located, was a pleasant place to study with open space everywhere, so you could chill out there if your minds are stuck, indeed this was the main reason that I loved Southampton.

You can also rest assure that your Southampton law degree will go a long way, as it is recognised by both the Law Society and the Bar Council in Hong Kong, the Law Society, Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Inns in England and many employers alike such as insurance companies.

A significant point of note to Hong Kong students is the wide variety of Chinese foods and shops near Highfield, not least to say the quiet and homely living environment surrounding it: Southampton is your home away from home! I have no doubt in considering Southampton as my second home and will never forget my Southampton experience for the rest of my life.
