Victoria joined the Learn with US Transition team in October 2021. She is currently delivering EPQ support, as well as contributing to research on the positive impact of the EPQ for widening participation students through participating in academic conferences and writing scholarly research papers.

Victoria graduated with her PhD in Medieval Studies at the University of Leeds in January 2021 and was awarded an MA in Medieval Archaeology at the University of Sheffield in November 2015. Originally from the USA, she completed her BA in Archaeology, Medieval Studies, and Creative Writing at Lycoming College, Pennsylvania, in May 2014. Victoria's research focused on medieval religious recluses called anchorites and the surviving archaeology of the cells they lived in, how this archaeological evidence is re-interpreted today, and the interactions between the historical, literary, and archaeological records.

Her previous roles at the University of Leeds and University of Central Lancashire focuses on academic skills development, public engagement, and widening participation, including working with EPQ and IB students. Victoria enjoys making her own research applicable to varied audiences, and especially supporting students in their individual research journeys.
