Catarina Moura wins best oral presentation award at ICAVS9 conference in Victoria BC, Canada

Catarina Moura, IfLS PhD student and researcher from the Bone and Joint Group at the Centre for Human Development, Stem Cells and Regeneration, was awarded for best oral presentation at the ICAVS9 conference in Victoria BC, Canada (11-16 June 2017).

Catarina is researching the potential to apply label-free techniques which are non-invasive and non-destructive to characterise and monitor the development of skeletal stem cells.

Catarina said “ I’m delighted I had the opportunity to attend this high-quality international meeting and I feel extremely honoured for receiving the best oral presentation award at ICAVS9 ”.
