On Tuesday 18th October the Resus team from University Hospital Southampton are holding a Re-start a Heart Day during which they will be training as many people as possible in CPR. The main event is happening in the foyer of the Main Entrance where they hope to encourage members of the public to give it a go. LifeLab are supporting the event and have students from Richard Tauntons Sixth Form College and South Baddesley primary School coming in to take part in the event. They will learn valuable CPR skills with the Resus team as well as take part in a range of physiology activities up in LifeLab. The college students will also have the opportunity to find out more about careers in the NHS too.
