Understanding Dementia Study Day

Lifelong Learning were pleased to welcome participants to our successful ‘Understanding Dementia’ study day on 2 December 2017.

There was also a period of reflection focusing on case studies and attendees’ personal experiences.

Participants said that the event was “excellent” and “really helpful”. Many said they acquired new knowledge, ranging from an increased tolerance of dementia and a newfound awareness of how widespread it is to a greater understanding of pathology.
