A new radio programmeChina ABC, which teaches basic Chinese spoken language along with live discussions on Chinese culture, is going to be on air live. Initiated and funded by the Confucius Institute at the University of Southampton and joined by two partners - UK Shaolin and Awaaz Radio Station, this pilot programme will be broadcasted every Monday afternoon from 11th November to 16th December 2019. The six topics are Greetings, Numbers, Shopping, Ordering Food, Chinese Tea and Good Wishes. See detailed schedule below. Please get in touch with us at confucius@soton.ac.uk if you have new ideas and topics that you want us to talk about on the radio!
