Lynda has been very helpful during my time at university. In my area of study, we have to learn new programming languages and technologies every day. Lynda.com videos provided a good introduction into these technologies and it accelerated the learning process.

As an artist the Lynda website is great because the video courses are of high quality and cover a wide range of software. Often I use particular software for only one project and through the videos I can get up to speed very quickly.

I have used Lynda.com to broaden my skills outside of my role, such as organisational communication, graphic and logo design, and writing styles for websites.

From these online courses I have changed my approach to email communication, how I create graphics for e-learning, and building rapport with stakeholders.

It is a reasonable resource for me as the Motion Graphics Technician. It is good for the basics and guiding students to relevant Lynda.com videos for recaps.

I found the sheer number of subjects available on Lynda.com extraordinary, there are both business applications like Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint etc.., but there are also courses to assist with personal development such as conflict resolution, communication and assertiveness techniques. For lifelong learning fans it’s a must!

Great site. There are countless intuitive and informative tutorials on the latest and greatest in software development. Most authors are wonderful, their courses progress at an ideal rate, not too boring, or too little content.

I think Lynda is a fantastic resource for learning, and before I finish univsity in a few weeks I'm making the most of the content it provides. I studied Motion Graphics, so it is very heavy on the software side. I find I use Lynda frequently to refresh my memory if there is a specific thing I cannot remember. However I have also been using Lynda to teach myself brand new topics that my course did not offer.

I think it's safe to say that I will miss using Lynda as a learning platform, it has been a massive help to my constant need to learn more.

It has been really good. Able to learn lot of depths about excel which has helped me a lot with my work.

Lynda.com was really helpful to me. As a Chinese student studying in the UK, sometimes I can not keep pace with the teachers because of the language, so I need to spend a lot of time studying by myself. Lynda.com has provided a good platform; it includes almost all of the programming language tutorials, and I can learn what interests me.
