Research interests

I have a long-standing interest in both the astrophysics and the gravity science that can be done using gravitational-wave observation. My recent research program is devoted to developing semi-analytic frameworks for describing the dynamics of (large mass-ratio) binary systems in general relativity. The main goal is to predict gravitational waveforms from these systems, in order to facilitate signal extraction and interpretation in current and planned (space-born) gravitational-wave detectors.
