Proper actions and Mackey functors Seminar

Abstract: A Mackey functor is an algebraic structure with operations like the induction, restriction, and conjugation maps of representation theory. We will examine cohomological finiteness conditions associated to Mackey and cohomological Mackey functors and ask if these provide good invariants to study proper actions on contractible CW complexes.
