Charlie Woodward is a Postgraduate research student in the String Theory/Holography and General Relativity groups in the Mathematics department, joint with the HEP group in the Physics department.

Academic History:

Research interests

My research interests involve many aspects of holography, general relativity and quantum field theory. More precisely, my current research revolves around describing null geodesics in Kerr spacetime in the context of gravitational lensing as well as studying the AdS/CFT correspondence; most particularly its relationship with quantum entanglement and quantum error correcting codes.
