Vice Chancellor’s Teaching Award

Published: 19 July 2013

Tessa Davies has won a well-deserved Vice-Chancellor’s Teaching Award for her work with the medical students.

As well as being responsible for providing pastoral support to medical students in Years 1 and 2, Tessa leads the pastoral tutor team which support students across the other years of the BM programmes.

In this role she tirelessly provides direct support to over 500 early years students, and often covers support for those in later years, working closely with year and programme leads and the University support services.

The award was shared with Lisa Porges and Kam Kaur-Bicchu from the student administration team.
