Teaching Observation

Being observed by a peer when you are teaching is a valuable and rewarding exercise both for the observer and the observed. There is information in the University’s Quality Handbook on the peer development of teaching, including a peer observation of teaching form, which you may like to use when peer observing. This activity can be recorded in the staff development and training database.
