Lymphoma Clinical Trials Fellow, working with the Southampton Clinical Trials Unit team to gain an insight into the multifaceted approach to delivering clinical trials.

Dr Brídgín Merron is a Lymphoma Clinical Trials Fellow.

Having completed Haematology specialty training, Bridgin’s time at the Southampton CTU offers the opportunity to work with a large clinical trial team, becoming involved in the various processes involved in trial proposal, design, set up and recruitment. Working with trial managers, data managers and statisticians will provide the skills to collate, examine and assess the trial data to write up and publish the findings. Clinical exposure, working in the Combined Lymphoma Clinic will be a first-hand opportunity to recruit to and assess patients in clinical trials.
