Faculty professor named a senior leader in UK critical care research
Mike Grocott, Professor of Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine has been re-appointed as an NIHR Senior Investigator.
The prestigious honour from the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) underlines his status as an outstanding leader of patient and people-based research.
He is one of only 200 members of the NIHR College of Senior Investigators. The College includes seven other senior researchers from Southampton.
