Enterprise...why do it?

Professor Salim Khakoo

Have you ever pondered the question "Enterprise...why do it?" or "What exactly has Enterprise got to do with me?"

Well, you could have got the answers to these and more vexing questions such as "How do I make the most of my research?" by coming to the Faculty Enterprise Day on 12 April.

There you would have been able to mingle with your streetwise colleagues who knew where the action was.

You could have learnt how to get a CASE studentship in these times of austerity. You could have rubbed shoulders with MRC Technology and Cambridge Innovations Capital , and had a captive audience, as you waxed lyrical about your favourite project that is poised to change the world.

You could have seen how your colleagues have partnered with industry, and how they are getting ahead. You could even have found out how to get £500k out of the ICURe programme to help commercialise your research. Feeling like it's all passed you by?

Well, it's not too late to do something about it. Local and national opportunities abound. You just need to know where to look. Want to know more? It’s just a click away.
