The Faculty’s Athena SWAN team invite you to a ‘Conversation Cafe’ about flexible working and what is means for you and the Faculty of Medicine.
Members of the PDU will be hosting the Conversation Café, where you will take part in a collaborative dialogue, sharing your experiences of flexible working in the Faculty of Medicine and thinking creatively about ways to better support you.
The environment is informal and welcoming; people join small groups and engage in conversational rounds about issues which are personally meaningful to them.
