Event details
In collaboration with the Nuffield Council on Bioethics, we are hosting a discussion event to debate how the different features of the UK research environment are affecting, both positively and negatively, the work and behaviour of scientists at all stages of their careers. A buffet lunch will be provided.
Colleagues are invited to attend a lunchtime discussion event on the culture of scientific research jointly hosted by the Nuffield Council on Bioethics and the University.
This event is part of a project conducted by the Nuffield Council on Bioethics during 2014 and aims to promote debate and gather views on how the different features of the UK research environment are affecting, both positively and negatively, the work and behaviour of scientists at all stages of their careers. The findings of the project will be written up, published and presented to policy makers towards the end of 2014.
