The IMC provides a bookable high specification PC for image analysis that is equipped with leading edge image analysis software for 2D and 3D datasets.

- IMARIS full. Latest version with a contract dedicated technical support from Bitplane bioinformaticians on request
- Volocity
- LAS (Leica)
- MATLAB
- FIJI
- ImageJ
- Huygens Deconvolution
- softWorX (processing analysis and widefield deconvolution)
The IMC provides regular workshops on both image processing and quantitative image analysis. We provide support and advice on analysis methods for individual projects or provide 1-on-1 training on request.
