Sacred Music: the Gothic Revolution
Southampton specialists in medieval music, Helen Deeming and Mark Everist, team up with the actor Simon Russell-Beale in BBC 4's new series Sacred Music.
The first programme in the series is dedicated to the polyphony of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, and features performances by The Sixteen. The programme airs on BBC 4 on Friday 21 March 2008 at 8.00 p.m.
