Step One
To enable the faster processing of your application, we encourage applicants to include all the necessary documents:

Evidence of your English Language Qualifications: All applicants must demonstrate they possess at least a minimum standard of English language proficiency. Identification: A copy of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) for Malay students or Passport for international students |
Step Two
Go to the online application, ensure you fill in all the information, there is no need to create a username and password, this is done automatically when you save your application.
Step Three
You can exit your application at any time, save your application and the system will automatically provide you with a unique login and password. Visit resume your application
After you have completed your online application, an email receipt will be sent to your registered email address. The receipt contains your unique participant ID as well as instructions to complete your registration.
Step Four
Please scan and send all the required documents to admissions.malaysia@soton.ac.uk together with your unique participant ID as reference.
The admissions team will process your application upon receipt of your form and supporting documentation. You will receive updates through email and a decision is usually made within one week, dependent on time of year and the faculty receiving your application.
