Event details

This is the third of our Theme 2 workshops based around 'Accelerating therapeutics and diagnostics development'. Professor Rob Eason is the lead for this theme and will chair the workshop.

Previous workshops were held on 25th November 2015, which included a talk by Peter Glynne-Jones, and on 5th May 2016 when Tom Secker, Collin Sones and Tim Leighton all gave an update on their pump priming projects.

This workshop is open to everyone in the NAMRIP network including PhD students, Early Career Researchers, Academics and Clinicians. It will provide an opportunity for members to share expertise, plans and ideas for working together on AMR Theme 2 topics (e.g Decontamination; Sensors; Smart surfaces/dressing to prevent infection; Urinary infections and Wound care.)

There will be time for networking with NAMRIP colleagues over a free buffet lunch. To help us guage the catering, can you please register for the event.

Programme

Tim Leighton: NAMRIP Update

Declan Doyle: 3 minute videos

Ioannis Katis: 'Towards AMR testing using paper-based diagnostic sensors'
