Sample submission

Samples submitted to the NMR Spectroscopy Facility tend to fall into one of two categories and there are different specific requirements to be considered for each submission mode.

Liquid nitrogen evaporation can be used to cool the NMR probe for low temperature experiments.
Low temperature NMR spectroscopy
  1. Advanced NMR experiments or non-standard conditions for solution samples: Information and sample requirements
  2. High-resolution MAS NMR experiments, typically resin samples used for solid-phase organic chemistry: Information and sample requirements

All samples should be accompanied by the appropriate sample submission form and a relevant spectrum.

Incomplete forms will be returned and will thus result in a delay in running submitted samples.
