Bruker AV300/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer (retired)

The Bruker AV300/1 FT-NMR spectrometer was the main workhorse instrument in the NMR facility for over 20 years and was equipped with a quad-probe capable of recording 1H, 13C, 19F and 31P spectra.

The Bruker AV300/1 FT-NMR spectrometer was equipped with a quad. nuclei probe for computer switchable observation of proton, carbon, phosphorus and fluorine with deuterium lock (5mm) and an automatic
Bruker AV300/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer

The AV300/1 FT-NMR spectrometer was used for rapid, routine data acquisition and samples were entered into an automated queue using the 60 position sample changer.

Legacy data dating back to late 1996 are still available for remote processing.
