Ocean and Earth Science rise to 10 in The Complete University Guide

Ocean and Earth Science Southampton has moved up four places to rank 10 in this years ‘Complete University Guide’ with University of Southampton ranking in the top 20 of all UK universities.

This again is another example of the high quality learning experience Ocean and Earth Science Southampton offers its students. From the innovative and interesting learning environment, the cutting-edge facilities and research excellence with impact, to the great career opportunities our graduates experience after university due to our unique links with industry and key organisations that offer our students progressive career pathways.

Our own students recently nominated eleven of our lecturers for the University of Southampton's teaching ‘Excellence in Teaching Awards', with two of these nominations going through to the finals for the university, as well as achieving top marks in all four of our subject areas for the National Student Survey 2013.
