A master's degree offers you the chance to deepen your scientific knowledge and specialise within your subject.

We offer two paths at the National Oceanography Centre Southampton, the Master of Research (MRes) programme and the Master of Science (MSc) programme.

Our open day provides prospective master's applicants with the opportunity to tour of NOC, speak to current students and staff for advice and information about our master's programmes and listen to an overview talk about the options available.

Applicants apply for courses via the University online application form.

If applicants wish to be considered for funding, they must apply before the end of June, otherwise applications should be received before the end of July.
