Mr Alex Hately is a postgraduate research student within Ocean and Earth Science, National Oceanography Centre Southampton at the University of Southampton.

2017-Present: PhD student at the University of Southampton in radioanalytical chemistry with an interest in nuclear decommissioning. Funded by GAU Radioanalytical.

2013-2017: MSci Geology. Final year project completed on the geochemical evaluation of anthropogenic and environmental element records in Hythe saltmarsh sediment.
