Submission confirmation

Thank you for your interest in OLIGOMED.

You have successfully submitted your application form. We recommend that you retain a copy of this confirmation for future reference by saving it (html, pdf) or by printing it.

Important:

In order to finalise your application, you will now need to submit the following document and adhere to the instructions for the file and email layout, otherwise your email may not arrive in the correct inbox.

You should make a document containing the following information as a single pdf file not exceeding 5 MB ; we cannot accept other types of documents.

  1. Curriculum vitae and studiorum.
  2. A certificate of University examinations taken (with marks).
  3. A final degree certificate translated in English. If, at the time of application, candidates should not be yet in possession of a degree certificate, they can submit it at the time of the examination.
  4. Your statement of interest (limit of 2,500 characters) explaining why you wish to be considered for the fellowship and which qualities and experience you will bring to the role.
  5. Up to two recommendation letters.
  6. If available, a document detailing the English Test from an internationally recognised provider.

Additional requirements:

Please send your email to oligomed@soton.ac.uk . You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your finalised submission.

Should you not have received the acknowledgment email, please send an enquiry to Eugen Stulz ( est@soton.ac.uk ). Make sure that you have checked your spam and junk mail folders.

Please do not send emails asking about the status of your application as we will be dealing with it as soon as possible. You will hear from us.
