A series of events taking place at Barley Church.
Sunday 27th October 2019
In the evening Barley Church is hosting a free showing of the film Denial which concentrates on a libel trial from the year 2000 when Deborah Lipstadt accused David Irving of Holocaust Denial. The connection with Barley is that Rachel Weiz plays the lead female role and is the daughter of one of the families who came to Barley through the assistance of James Parkes.

Friday 8th November 2019
From 7.30pm Sir Richard Evans, who was the expert witness in the original libel trial, will speak on Holocaust Denial : Courtroom and Cinema.
