This event is a part of Southampton University's Interfaith Week. Please note that mask wearing is encouraged and please take a lateral flow beforehand.
Description
To celebrate the publication of Professor Tony Kushner’s newest book, Southampton’s Migrant Past and Present, there will be a launch event at Southampton City Art Gallery on Wednesday 17th November from 3:30-5:00pm. It will be a celebration through poetry, music, and film as well as an opportunity to get copies of the book for free, although there is also a chance to donate to the local refugee organisations: Southampton and Winchester Visitor Group and CLEAR.
Drinks and refreshments will also be available.
