Accommodation
We aim to cater for all budgets. Those with limited funds can stay in one of the single en-suite rooms we have reserved in our Glen Eyre Complex otherwise you can stay at one of the local hotels (list below and on the right).
The Glen Eyre Halls are located in attractive landscaped surroundings and are approximately a 10-minute walk from Highfield Campus. Catering facilities are not available at Glen Eyre and all catering, including breakfast, will be served at Highfield campus. All rooms are fitted with Ethernet cables which simply plug into the laptop from the telephone and this is a free service. Delegates who use Apple Macs will need to provide the appropriate adapter as the cables in the rooms are for standard laptops. The Glen Eyre Halls are serviced by the U2 bus route, time tables available on the Uni-Link website.
Residential Packages
If you wish to book accommodation with us either on campus in our Hall of Residence or at Highfield House then we have a range of options to suit length of stay and budget.
Packages are available for 2, 3 or 4 nights either at Glen Eyre halls of residence or Highfield House hotel. The packages also include meals and refreshments for the duration of the conference (9am on Monday to 4.30pm on Wednesday) and the conference fee.
We have catered for many possible options and the online store will present all these options in a list. Please take care to select the correct one in terms of nights of accommodation and status.
