Event details

In support of 'Children's Mental Health Week' and to highlight the importance of children's mental health, we welcome Lorraine Lee who will be providing one of her educational, inspiring and though provoking talks.

Lorraine has a background in child development and child psychology and is a Professional Parenting Practitioner. She worked with parents, teachers and children for over 16 years.

This session will cover 'Laying foundations with children for good mental health'. It will address some key areas to pay attention to in order to set children up to manage the changes and challenges of life in a healthy way. It will also touch on what to do if you feel your child is a little stuck in their emotional area.

Come along if you have children! Every parent and carer needs to know how to give their child the best foundation in terms of their mental health.
