Bringing Research to Life Roadshow

The Roadshow showcases a wide selection of the University's research.  It tours regional and national events each year between February and September.

Southampton Science & Engineering Festival

Our ever popular annual events to engage and inspire all ages with the University's world-leading research related to science, engineering and mathematical disciplines.

Researchers' Cafe

Free and open to all - researchers share and discuss their research - with each other and members of the public - in an informal cafe setting

Bright Club

Researchers take their work to a wider audience, sharing their enthusiasm for their area of expertise within the guise of stand-up comedy.

Pint of Science

This annual festival brings some of the most brilliant scientists to your local pub to discuss their latest research and findings with you.

LifeLab

A unique, state-of-the-art teaching laboratory dedicated to improving adolescent health by giving school students opportunities to learn first-hand the science behind the health messages.

The Science Room @ The Art House

An informal science community forming in Southampton, allowing everyone to participate in science through talks, questions, exploration and discussion - as well as artistic creation!
