Philosophy welcomes new member of academic staff

Sasha Mudd

We are very pleased to announce that Dr Sasha Mudd has accepted a permanent Lectureship in Philosophy at Southampton.

Sasha completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge in January 2011. Before studying the History and Philosophy of Science at Cambridge, she studied Divinity at the University of Chicago. Her primary research interest is Kant and his philosophical legacy. Sasha will add to Southampton’s existing research strengths in the history of philosophy, as well as in ethics and the philosophy of practical reason.
