December at Southampton - Publication News
This month sees the publication of some important pieces of work by Southampton philosophers.
December sees the publication of Denis McManus’ Heidegger and the Measure of Truth (Oxford University Press), Conor McHugh’s ‘The Truth Norm of Belief’ in the Pacific Philosophical Quarterly, and Daniel Whiting’s ‘Epistemic value and achievement’ in Ratio. This month also sees the publication of Fiona Woollard’s two-part critical overview of the literature on the Doctrine of Doing and Allowing in Philosophy Compass, and of Chris Janaway’s Nietzsche, Naturalism, and Normativity (also OUP); co-edited with Simon Robertson, the latter is a collection of essays arising out of our major AHRC-funded research project, Nietzsche and Modern Moral Philosophy.
