On behalf of Philosophy at Southampton, Dr Fiona Woollard has secured over £2000 in funding from the Royal Institute of Philosophy.

This money will be used to host a series of conferences aimed at 6th form students and their teachers which will be held at Southampton throughout the academic year.

Details about the conferences will appear in due course.

In 2011, Southampton was made a branch of the Royal Institute of Philosophy. With the support of the Institute, it hosts a series of events open to the public. Further details on these events can be found on the seminar page of our website.
