Aaron Ridley’s latest book on Nietzsche

Aaron Ridley, Professor in Philosophy, has published a new book on Nietzsche with Oxford University Press, titled The Deed is Everything: Nietzsche on Will and Action. As the name suggests, the book explores the development of Nietzsche’s views on agency and, in doing so, explores what Nietzsche has to say about morality, freedom, and selfhood.

Aaron’s previous books include Nietzsche on Art (Routledge, 2007) and Nietzsche’s Conscience (Cornell, 1998).
