Nick Or is a Research Fellow on the Project ‘Social and Political Change in Britain: Gallup Polls 1945-1991’ within Politics and International Relations at the University of Southampton.
I am a political scientist specializing in agenda-setting and public policy in comparative contexts.
I joined the Department in November 2019. I work on digitalising historical Gallup surveys on British public opinion and I research on how British’s public agendas change over time.
Prior to joining the Department, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Exeter and I worked on the ERC-funded project ‘Regulating Civil Society: NGO and Party Law and their Consequences’. I completed my PhD in Politics at the University of Southampton.
