Department is ranked top 20 by The Times Good University Guide 2021

Politics and International Relations at the University of Southampton has moved to 17th place in the 2021 Times Good University Guide. Head of Department, Professor Russell Bentley, said "This is an outstanding achievement and reflects the success of our commitment to an engaging, rigorous, research-led curriculum. The Department's strengths are evident and growing".

Southampton climbed to 15th place in the overall Institution rankings, holding top 15 places in a range of subjects. Read more on the news page .
