My experience here will improve my performance and capacity in my job as a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance in Indonesia

My Masters degree at the University of Southampton has considerably extended my analytical, argumentation and research skills, and has enabled me to critically analyse complex subjects and issues, which is an incredibly helpful skill at my current traineeship at the Europol HQ in the Hague.

I gained valuable skills in written and verbal communication, critical evaluation, time management and organisation. I also met and made friends with a diverse set of new people.
