The MRC Lifecourse Epidemiology Unit will be hosting an event at the Turner Sims Concert Hall, University of Southampton. This is an evening celebration starting at 6.30pm, involving a number of presentations from senior MRC scientists and a Question and Answer session, followed by wine and canapés.


The Medical Research Council is celebrating its 100th anniversary on 20th June 2013, and a series of special commemorative events will be taking place across the country. The programme will include opening addresses from VC Prof Don Nutbeam and Iain Cameron and talks on the MRC from Professors Hugh Perry, David Barker and Cyrus Cooper. For those wishing to attend, please contact the Turner Sims box office.
