Target Audience: Line Managers/Supervisors. This course is suitable/aimed at those who have preferably already attended the Workplace conflict and Mediation session.

Brief outline: Basic mediation skills are a really useful asset for all manager of staff. This session helps you understand your reaction to conflict, helps you to identify and manage the early signs of conflict and supports you in resolving that conflict using soft mediation skills.
